RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 24 hour return policy
Return terms:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products:
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
14-day cooling-off period for EU customers:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
